In Your Home
If you prefer to stay at home, and have enough space and firm surface to lay out your mat, we can bring the yoga to you! Bring your own mat and all other props will be provided.
A field, a backyard, a park, a beach (though hard to find these in Calgary!)…providing the weather allows it, we can do it! Mat optional 😉
These classes are good for anyone! We start from the ground up (literally!) with the basics and good foundations, and go at the pace of the individual or group.
We like to have fun trying new things! After 15+ years of yoga practice and experimentation, Jenn can help you explore your boundaries and learn some new things.
